Hande Aykut commenced her career at one of Istanbul’s leading law offices. She registered with the Istanbul Bar Association in 2003 and continued her career at the same firm until 2010, where she became a partner. In 2011, she established her own practice. Hande Aykut successfully completed the Executive MBA program at Koc University in 2015.
Throughout her career, Hande Aykut has provided legal services to a diverse portfolio of international and domestic corporate clients across various industries. Her primary focus areas include restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and project finance. With a specialization in providing legal counsel to family-owned companies, Hande Aykut has also developed extensive expertise in M&A transactions and shareholder disputes.
